Starch Recovery System
System to recover high-grade starch from potato chip/crisp and french fry production lines
A self-contained system to deal with starch laden water coming from a potato crisp/chip fryer’s cold water wash. The system uses a combination of screening and centrifuge to clean and separate the starch and water. Water can then be recycled back to your process line.
The system comes pre-wired and fully tested so installation can be as low as three days.
A secondary dryer and sieve can be added to further dry and clean the starch thereby increasing its value.
