Oil and dry powder seasoning blending and application system for extruded snacks
An extremely accurate application and mixing system for extruded snacks, breakfast cereals or any product that required oil and powders to be blended and applied.
At the heart, is a closed loop flow control to constantly monitor the actual flow and automatically adjust the pump speed to correct the flow to the desired flow.
Oil or whatever liquid you are using, is metered into tank one where powders are also added. when blended, they are automatically transferred to tank two. When required, the blend or slurry is pumped to the seasoning drum through our high accuracy closed loop control.
