Oil Spray
Oil for seasoning is applied to product with an airless nozzle system, this drastically reduces misting
Oil is contained inside a stainless-steel tank that can be heated to a programable temperature using a double skinned water jacket heater. This oil is then pumped by pneumatic piston pump to the electrical solenoids, which spray droplets of oil onto the intended target: the amount of spray is set using the product’s HMI, and monitored through our highly accurate closed loop flow control, that is to say, if you required a flow of x, the nozzles will automatically adjust to give a flow of x.
